Genashtim has once again been recognized for its commitment to disability-inclusive employment, receiving the Gold Enabling Mark 2023 under SG Enable’s national accreditation framework for organizations that demonstrate inclusive hiring practices.

Organized by SG Enable, the focal agency for disability and inclusion in Singapore set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development, the Enabling Mark recognizes organizations that create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities and continuously strengthen their inclusive workplace practices.

Genashtim’s journey with the Enabling Mark began in 2021, when the company received the Silver Enabling Mark. Building on this recognition, Genashtim continued to strengthen its policies, practices, and support for employees with disabilities. In September 2023, these efforts were recognized with the Gold Enabling Mark, marking an important step forward in the company’s commitment to disability inclusion.Genashtim was among 22 Gold award recipients announced that year, alongside organizations such as Uniqlo Singapore and Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings.

The achievement was formally celebrated at the Enabling Awards Ceremony on 15 October 2024 at PARKROYAL on Beach Road, where Christopher Leong, Multimedia Designer, and Ronald Teo, Senior Executive – ESG Services, represented Genashtim and received the award on behalf of the company.
