Born out of Thomas passion to give hope to the people that the corporate world had left behind, APSIPA confers Genashtim with its Inclusive Business Award. About 60% of its staff are people with different disabilities, 25% are refugees, and another 10% are LGTBQIA+ and senior citizens across more than 10 countries.
